I plan on using these bags not only for my turkey but also wrapping my cheesecake pan when I cook it in a water bath. Makes a light texture cheesecake.Didn't know what I was missing. Will never again do a turkey without it being in a bag. My sister paid $10 for one bag. These bags, roughly $1 a piece, did the job! One word of caution - make sure your bird is in some kind of roaster with a wire rack. At some point, the bag my come open at the "pull tie" and the juices my spill out. Anyways - had my 19 lb. turkey in the oven for about 4 1/2 hours, after witch (halloween joke), I opened the bag, cut and peeled off a great portion of the skin, and the two breasts simply fell to each side. I had the entire turkey stripped (of meat) in 20 minutes. Highly recommended!Good bags. A little big but i guess thats better than too small.product is greatWe brine our turkey each year. Couldn't find bags at the local store, so I ordered these. They were durable and the quantity was great, as I am now ready for next year, too!Heavy duty roasting bag for turkey, ham and beef roast - can withstand up to 400°Easy clean up, holds heat, sturdy, great buyThe bags are big,you could put many things to bake. I cooked chicken with veggies in it. It broked when I was taking it out of the oven.
