I usually take Miralax and high doses of magnesium citrate capsules and magnesium oxide capsules before bed and that’s all I needed to stay regular, but some meds can cause constipation, so during those times I’ll take a few tablespoons of Epsom salts mixed in water and it works like a charm, but it causes nausea and bad stomach cramps. I took 3 of these pills with my miralax and magnesium and when I work up, I was no longer constipated. 5 stars!I will say the tea worked no question but I'm one of the people who got pretty uncomfortable abdominal cramping BEFORE it worked. I stepped it for roughly 10 to 15 min. I put honey and 2% milk in it.You will get relief but hopefully without the cramping. I'd say try it.These work fast with very very little discomfort. Are small and this pack comes with a lot so they will last you a while. Highly recommendReally works no stomach aches will purchase again
